Shama Sikander Is Holidaying In Switzerland And Living Your Bollywood Dream

Actress Shama Sikander of Yeh Meri Life Hai fame is currently enjoying in Switzerland. The actress, who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder few years ago, recently shared some pictures of hers holidaying in the exotic locations of the country. She also shared a video in which she is dancing and reflecting beautiful expressions on the song ‘Hum Ko Humi Se Chura Lo’.

Apparently, Shama is living the life of a typical Yash Raj Films heroine there. The Indian television actress is also a fashion model. She launched her own design company, Saisha, in 2010. Sometime last year, Shama revealed having experienced a point in her life when she attempted suicide.

“I even tried to commit suicide one night. I kissed my mother good night and told her not to wake me up. After that, I swallowed several sleeping pills at one go”, she had earlier stated. “Just before slipping away, I texted my brother my bank account details, which made him panic. He immediately called my mother to check on me and I was rushed to the hospital three hours later”, Shama had then added. Medication and meditation helped the actress battle the tough times. She got engaged to American businessman James Milliron in Dubai, UAE, in January 2016. We hope the happy times see end for Shama.
