Shilpa Shetty, Shamita Shetty Remembers Father On His Bithday

The Shetty sisters, Shilpa and Shamita, turned nostalgic on their late father’s birthday today. Today is Surendra Shetty’s 75th birthday. Shilpa’s father breathed his last earlier this year. It came as a shock to the Shetty family. On this day, they say that he will remain in their hearts forever.

On Thursday, December 22, Shetty sisters took to Instagram to share their pictures with their beloved father. Shilpa shared an image in which she is a child and is seen playing in her father’s arms. Along with it, she wrote: “Happy (75th) birthday daddy... You are part of us, in our hearts and will be forever... Smiling...We love you.”

On the other hand, younger daughter Shamita shared a recent picture with father Surendra with a post that read: “Happy birthday my darling daddy. Can't thank god enough for blessing me with the most wonderful father who showered me with so much love...You have gone back to heaven, but I know you will be watching over me forever. Staying alive in my heart forever.” Surendra passed away on October 11, at his Versova residence subsequent to a cardiac arrest.
