Shirish Kunder accuses Akshay Kumar of abandoning Joker

Miffed by the absence of the lead actor of his upcoming release Joker, Akshay Kumar, from all the promotions of the movie, director Shirish Kunder alleged that the star is running away from his responsibility. Kunder tweeted on Saturday, "A true leader takes responsibility for his team and leads them through thick and thin. Never abandons them and runs away." The filmmaker, however, later deleted this tweet. According to reports, Akshay is not happy with the final outcome of Shirishs directorial venture and thus he has kept himself out of the promotions of the film. A close source said, "Akshay Kumar is someone who would never leave a film incomplete. He was creatively dissatisfied with the film as he felt cheated that whatever was promised to him was never delivered. In spite of all this, he completed the film and then decided to distance himself."
