Shruti Haasan Opts Out Of Hera Pheri 3

Shruti Haasan has been rejecting many films in the recent past. The actress seems in no mood to pick roles she isn’t sure of. After Ajay Devgn starrer Baadshaho, the Welcome Back actress has opted out of the third chapter of comedy cult classic Hera Pheri.

Shruti's spokesperson told IANS, “Shruti Haasan was approached for 'Hera Pheri 3', but due to her date commitments to her two southern films and her soon to be announced Hindi project, she could not go through with it. She does hope to work with Abhishek Bachchan in the future”. The Gabbar Is Back actress was paired opposite Happy New Year actor in the flick.

The third instalment of Hera Pheri stars Paresh Rawal, Sunil Shetty, John Abraham, Abhishek Bachchan, Esha Gupta and Neha Sharma. Akshay Kumar, who has been a part of the film series couldn’t return in Hera Pheri 3 due to his busy schedule. The film will be directed by Neeraj Vora, who helmed the previous chapter as well.
