Shubh Mangal Saavdhan song Rocket Saiyyan: Bhumi leads the way as Ayushmann goofs up

Bollywood star Ayushmann Khuranna released the first song of his upcoming film opposite Bhumi Pednekar, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, on Saturday and it is already winning hearts all over.

Sharing the song on his Twitter page, Ayushmann wrote, “Finally the rocket of #ShubhMangalSaavdhan launched Must watch this sizzling song #RocketSaiyyan @ayushmannk”

Titled Rocket Saiyyan, the song has been penned and composed by Tanishk - Vayu. Ritu Pathak, Brijesh and Tanishk Bagchi have lent their voices for the quirky love song. The song’s two-minute-long music video shows Ayushmann and Bhumi struggling to find some personal time during a grand family-affair that also happens to be their upcoming wedding. While posing for pictures during the wedding ceremonies, Bhumi is clearly leading the way.

Bhumi and Ayushmann have paired up for the second time in Shubh Mangal Saavdhan after working together in the National Award-winning film, Dum Laga Ke Haisha.

Shubh Mangal Savdhan is the remake of Tamil comedy Kalyana Samayal Saadham, which was about a big fat south Indian wedding with a quirky twist and featured Prasanna and Lekha Washington in lead roles. RS Prasanna, who also directed the original, returns to helm the Hindi version.
