Sidharth Malhotra happy with Hasee Toh Phasee’s success

Young hunk of Indian cinema, Sidharth Malhotra is in a happy zone these days after the success of his film, Hasee Toh Phasee. The actor says that the success of this movie really mattered to him as it was his second. He further stated that viewers were also pleased to see him so comfortable yet amusing on screen and this has actually made him glad.

Hasee Toh Phasee was Sidharth’s first solo release. On this the 29-year-old said, “Oh yes! It was, wasn’t it? It’s a big relief when someone can tolerate you for two and a half hours, holding the scene on your own, delivering dialogues, etc. There is an audience who can see me for two hours plus and I am content. It’s the choices that I make from here on that will really matter.”

The star is now looking out to explore more genres of films in future. Even his next, The Villain will be an action-romance. The actor will be seen playing the male lead in the movie. The film will also feature Shraddha Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh and Kamaal Rashid Khan in the key roles. It is scheduled to be released this year.
