Sidharth Malhotra opines about Hasee Toh Phasee and himself

Young star of Indian film industry Sidharth Malhotra made his debut last year with Student of the Year. The flick gave a splendid performance at the box office and now the actor is all set to come up with his second movie, Hasee Toh Phasee. The star will be romancing Parineeti Chopra in the film.

On his role in the flick, he said, “He (character of Nikhil in the film) is very ambitious. He wants to do well. He is a bit confused in terms of doing what his family wants and what he wants. I think it is very true to all the youths today. Sometimes they get pressurised (by things like) `My mom wants me to do this, my father wants me to do this`. And this boy (Nikhil) is equally confused in that sense. He sticks by his commitments if he has made to his girlfriend or his lover, and that is very interesting as well. So, this character is pretty much close to me when I was in college.”

The film will be a directorial piece of Vinil Mathew and will be produced under the banner of Dhrama Productions. It slated to release on 7 February, next year. It will be the first time when we will see Sidharth and Parineeti together on screen as a couple. Talking about being romantic in his personal life, Sidharth stated, “My romantic evening will be intimate - probably two people and not in a very crowded place. I would like to go to a secluded place somewhere, hopefully on a beach.” We wish that onscreen chemistry between Sidharth and Parineeti work out well for them.
