Sisters’ clash: Priyanka Chopra’s Zanjeer v/s Parineeti Chopra’s Shuddh Desi Romance

For the first time ever both the cousins will be seen fighting at the box office on September 6. Piggy Chops is all set to rock the box office with her Zanjeer, whereas Parineeti is gearing up with her rom-com, Shuddh Desi Romance. Interestingly, both the flicks are releasing on the same day. It’s a delight for movie buffs to enjoy the clash between the two beautiful cousins. At, present both the actresses are promoting their respective films with full force.

Priyanka starrer Zanjeer is a remake of 1973 hit film of the same name. The flick also features Ram Charan, Sanjay Dutt and Mahie Gill in the lead roles. The film is directed by Apoorva Lakhia. On the other hand, Parineeti is coming up with Maneesh Sharma’s directorial piece, Shuddh Desi Romance. Parineeti is paired with Sushant Singh Rajput in the movie. Rishi Kapoor and Vaani Kapoor too will be seen playing the key roles in the film.

Priyanka has clearly stated that she is not at all competing with her lovely sister. She said, “She is my sister, my family. It is very cheap when people try to create controversy and use that to write a little more about it. It is Chopra weekend and people must enjoy it.” This statement of PC shows that how humble she is and wants both the films to do well at the ticket window, after all, it’s all in the family for her.
