SLB Keeping Ranveer And Deepika Separated?

Looks like Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone will not be able to accompany each other till the release of ‘Padmavati’, or maybe they will, who knows! According to latest reports on Spotboye, director Sanjay Leela Bhansali has ordered Ranveer and Deepika to stay away from each other and avoid being clicked together by the paparazzi. SLB is surely trying to keep all controversies at bay, which is completely understandable.

These reports surfaced after Deepika, was seen alone at the HT Style Awards, sporting a gorgeous black dress. While SLB’s decree is one side of the story, some people believe that there is something wrong between Ranveer and Deepika. Ever since the promotion of ‘xXx: Return of Xander Cage’ where Deepika was quite “close” to Vin Diesel and the ‘having babies with Vin’ comment made by her, public sightings of Ranveer and Deepika have become rare.

‘Padmavati’ is a fictionalized account of the life of Rani Padmini. Deepika will obviously be playing the titular role while Ranveer will be playing Alauddin Khilji. The cast also includes Shahid Kapoor who will play Rawal Ratan Singh, Rani Padmini’s husband.

The project has been under pressure since the start because of its capability of hurting the sentiments of people, as it involves historical figures who are regarded highly in our society. ‘Padmavati’ will be released on November 17.
