    Actress Sonam Kapoor has been an achiever right from the time she stepped into the industry. But one thing Sonam doesn’t want from her dad is his name and fame for her.

    The actress talks about herself that she doesn’t want to cash-in her dad’s name, "He has worked so hard all his life to be Anil Kapoor. I don't want to use that for myself because that is all his. I don't want to use that as a stepping stone for myself. He deserves more than that. Suppose I don't do well, I don't want my life to reflect on his life." She further stated, "He has his own journey and I don't want to take that away from him. My dad gets very upset as I don't take too many pictures with him or do films or take money from him. He is like 'why am I earning, it is all for you people'. He is proud of me that I am doing well on my own."

    Sonam sometimes feels embarrassed when her dad talks about her success to other people, "It is embarrassing that he talks about me all the time. He clicks pictures and shows to everyone that it's my daughter. It is so embarrassing. I love my dad." Well, we appreciate Sonam’s spirit of creating a path of her own. The actress has worked in many Bollywood films and is working on 4 projects simultaneously, amongst which Raanjhanaa and Bhaag Mikha Bhaag are ready to release on their scheduled date. Sonam has also managed to be the spokesperson for the French beauty brand L'Oreal.
