    SS Thaman, well-known music composer in Tamil and Telugu film industries, has bagged his first Bollywood biggie. Thaman has worked with stars such as Mahesh Babu, Allu Arjun and Jr. NTR.

    Thaman took to Twitter to share the news that he will be making his Bollywood debut with Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Again, the fourth part in the popular franchise. He added that he was thrilled to be working with Rohit, the man of the masses and has apparently begun work on the project, which is slated to hit the screens worldwide this Diwali.

    Although Thaman has been offered a few Hindi projects earlier, this is the first one he has taken up because of the franchise and its popularity. He also didn’t want to miss an opportunity to work with Rohit, whom he idolizes.

    A source close to Thaman confirmed that he has already completed two tracks for the film and is simultaneously working on the background score.

    Thaman started his career as a composer with 2008 Tamil film Sindhanai Sei, but established himself as one of the successful composers in Telugu filmdom with hits such as Kick, Kandireega, Dookudu, Businessman and Sarrainodu to his credit. In Tamil, he has worked on films such as Vallinam, Damaal Dumeel, Vaalu and Sivalinga. With already over 50 films to his credit, he is currently working on nearly half a dozen projects.
