Sridevi Opens Up On Comparison Between Jhanvi Kapoor And Sara Ali Khan

Ever since it came into light that the daughters of top two big families, Kapoor’s and Khan’s, will foray into Bollywood people have started comparing the two star children. Though their films have not been released yet, but it seems like that they have become paparazzi’s favourite getting clicked at several occasions. Can you guess whom we are talking about?

Well, we are talking about Jhanvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan who have been pitted against each other ever since it was announced that they are all set to make their debut in Bollywood. While Sara will make her debut with Abhishek Kapoor ’s Kedarnath opposite Sushant Singh Rajput , Jhanvi will make her debut with Dhadak, Hindi remake of Marathi super hit Sairat opposite Ishaan Khattar. Now when their films have been revealed, people have started making speculations as to whose movie will release first.

However, Sridevi finds nothing wrong in comparing both the ladies as she thinks that the competition will be help both Sara and Jhanvi to improve. “Competition can never be eliminated from this industry. There is nothing wrong with it. It keeps you on your toes, making you work harder. But, the biggest challenge lay in bettering your craft, and faring better than you did the last time. You don’t have to turn your face away from each other just because you are pitted against one another at work,” she said.

The Hawa Hawai actress is excited at the same time nervous about her daughter’s debut. “But, the excitement overrules the nervousness. I can’t help but give her tips about everything – from how to dress to what she eats. Children have their own mind. When it comes to her work, I don’t want to advise. She must cultivate her craft all by herself, make her own choices and chart her own path,” said Sridevi. Both Sara and Jhanvi’s films will release in 2018.
