Sunny Leone does a Marilyn Monroe

Actor Sunny Leone will be seen recreating the iconinc scene from the film Seven Year Itch (1955) where Hollywood actor Marilyn Monroe is seen standing on the New York City subway grate in a white dress. Sunny will be seen doing the same in Devang Dholakia's Kuch Kuch Locha Hai. Take a look here:

Although the Hollywood scene was shot in New York, Suny's film was shot in Malaysia. Excerpts from an interview with the Film's director Devang: 

How did the idea of the look come about?
Sunny Leone is both glamorous and versatile. It’s very easy to give her any look and for her to pull it off convincingly. The Marilyn Monroe look is a cult classic and Marilyn Monroe herself is remembered as the most beautiful actress. Therefore, when we were working on Sunny’s looks it became obvious that we had to do a ode to the yesteryears Diva whose beauty is remembered even today. And I’m happy to say, Sunny has pulled off the look to perfection. She looks glamorous, beautiful and sensuous all at the same time.

How difficult was it to achieve the look and the perfect shot?
Sunny is a thorough professional. And she spent a lot of time with us prior to shooting to get her look right. So when we got to the shooting phase, there was no difficulty in achieving the look. Having said that, even when we were doing the look tests there was no difficulty. It’s as though Sunny transformed into this Diva that we have grown up romanticizing in front of our eyes. And as far as getting the shot goes, we had it in the first take and we followed it up with another one just for safety. Sunny Leone is a natural in front of the camera and working with her is an absolute pleasure.

Where the scene shot?
This look is not a part of a song. It was shot for a sequence where Sunny is introduced as a Bollywood Star who has come to shoot a movie in Malaysia. In this shot we see Sunny posing for the camera’s as she cans a shot for a film that she is a part of. The sequence was shot in Malaysia.
