This Is How ‘OK Kanmani’ Actor Dulquer Salmaan Praised ‘OK Jaanu’

It is now known to all that the upcoming romantic drama film, ‘OK Jaanu’, is an official remake of Mani Ratnam's Tamil film ‘OK Kanmani’, which featured Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menen as leads. On December 12, the trailer of this Bollywood film released, featuring Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor as young couple.

Recently, Dulquer Salmaan, male lead of ‘OK Kanmani’, praised the trailer of the movie, which is being helmed by Shaad Ali. He tweeted: “This is such a wonderful take on #OKKanmani ! Lots of love to Karan, Shaad, Aditya, Shraddha and the whole team http://bit.ly/OkJaanuTrailer” The ‘Njaan’ actor is highly impressed by the trailer and adored the on-screen chemistry of the ‘Aashiqui 2’ couple.

‘OK Jaanu’ also stars ace actor Naseeruddin Shah and Leela Samson in pivot roles. Slated for release on January 13, the film is produced by Mani Ratnam and Karan Johar under banners Madras Talkies and Dharma Productions. As an icing on the cake, A. R. Rahman will compose the movie's score and soundtrack, while Gulzar is the dialogue writer of this film. It is now to be seen that whether the Hindi version of this flick will be as successful as the Tamil was.
