Varun Dhawan: It's Rare To See Talented Actor Like Tiger Shroff

On the auspicious day of India’s independence, filmmaker Karan Johar confirmed on Twitter that Tiger Shroff will be playing the lead role in the sequel of his hit 2012 romantic drama, ‘Student of the Year’, which launched the careers of Sidharth Malhotra, Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt. Within a few hours of the announcement, the Twittersphere got itself all worked up as fans started tweeting about being disappointed with Tiger playing the male lead. Recently, Varun shared what he feels about the Heropanti actor and went all praise for him.

“I strongly believe that Tiger is brilliant”, Varun told a leading tabloid, adding, “I think he is as rare as the tigers we have in our country. It is rare to see a talented actor like him. It is great that we have someone who can do martial arts like Jackie Chan”.

That’s quite true! It’s no secret that Tiger has been trolled since the time he made his Bollywood debut because of his name or looks. However, the actor left no stone unturned to stun the audiences with his larger-than-life dance moves and effortless action stunts. On a related note, Tiger will soon be seen in ‘A Flying Jatt’ opposite Jacqueline Fernandez. The superhero actioner is slated to release on August 25. Our best wishes are with the entire team of the flick.
