    Varun Training Hard For Bare-Bodied Fight Sequence In Dishoom

    After showcasing his chiselled body in ABCD 2, Varun Dhawan is working hard to go lean for a fight sequence in his upcoming flick Dishoom, which also stars John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez, Akshaye Khanna and Nargis Fakhri in lead roles. Varun is reportedly undergoing a strict diet plan that involves protein-low carbs diet of chicken, fish and salads for brother Rohit Dhawan's action drama. It is said that the Dilwale star will be seen in a never seen before look in this sequence, which will be shot in Abu Dhabi for 35 days.

    Varun's long-time trainer Prashant Sawant told Mumbai Mirror, “He's a hardworking boy and began working on his physique immediately after wrapping up Dilwale. We've been training for an hour-and-a-half everyday to achieve his wishful target”. He added that the Badlapur star is concentrating more on cardio and stretching.

    Prashant Sawant added, “He's always been in great shape. Often, he visits the gym twice a day, sometimes, even after his dance rehearsals. He even exercises between award shows and while travelling. I know he will achieve the desired physique by next week, just before he flies off”.

    Rohit has been reportedly injured on the sets of the flick but the actor has no time to recuperate. Talking about the injury, Varun has been quoted as saying, “I was hurt while shooting for Dhishoom. I was advised a week's rest, but I could only manage three days”. The film is slated to release on July 29.
