Veteran actress Tanuja hospitalised, is stable

Veteran Hindi film actress Tanuja was reported to be admitted to Mumbai’s Nanavati hospital after she complained of stomach ache. While not much of the information has been made available, reports say that she is stable.

According to different sources, Tanuja was supposed to be getting on air for a TV show when she suffered a strong stomach ache. She was rushed to the hospital and was subsequently admitted. Early reports suggest that she is stable and will be discharged soon. Tanuja had a similar complaint last year and had to spend a few days in the hospital even then.

The 71 year old actress, had both her daughters Kajol and Tanisha with her when being admitted. While she looks to be recovering, we hope she finds herself in good health again. She was last seen in popular Hindi film Son of Sardaar.
