Vidya Balan Comes On Board For Soumik Sen’s Next Project

Vidya Balan is one actress in B-Town who is known for playing woman-oriented films. With her strong avatars in her film, audience have a different level of perception of her. She carved a niche for herself in the industry after her powerhouse performance in Kahaani. However, the latest news is that the actress is collaborating with Soumik Sen for his next untitled project.

Much information hasn’t been divulged about the film but one thing that has been disclosed is that it is a woman-centric film. The plot of the film will revolve around a woman who is married and has a mysterious past. We hear that the 38-year-old Vidya has agreed to play the grey role and will soon come on board.

Soumik Sen’s directorial venture, ‘Gulaab Gang’ (2014) had raised the bars and was critically acclaimed. However, Vidya will also be seen in 'Tumhari Sulu’, where she is essaying the role of a radio jockey. Vidya has never played a negative role in any film and that’s what pulled her to the script. However, fans are ardent to witness the villainous avatar of the actress in Soumik's film.
