Vidya Balan Shares About Her First Ever Photo Shoot

Vidya Balan has always been known for travelling the road less travelled by choosing the roles that break stereotypes. Recently, the Begum Jaan star was asked about her experience of her first photo shoot.

The actress was quoted as saying, "My first shoot was for a state tourism department campaign. My parents were asked if my sister and I could be taken along for a shoot as they wanted two South Indian girls for it. The shoot was in some place in Kalina (Mumbai) which was full of trees and we were seated on a swing. Of course I had no clue what was happening, but I thought I had arrived. (laughs) I was after all a kid. I was clearly fascinated".

The actress always makes a majestic appearance on the cover photos of magazines and is often mistaken to be photogenic by many photographers. Vidya Balan will be starring as a radio jockey in her next movie ‘Tumhari Sulu’, which is slated to release on December 1, 2017.
