Vidya banks on Word of Mouth to turn fortune for Bobby Jasoos

After having taken a slow start at the box office, Vidya Balan’s new release Bobby Jasoos is not looking as a very high profit maker at the box office. Vidya believes that the positive reports that the film is earning will turn the table for the movie just like Kahaani did and emerged a big hit.

"Every film is unique and each film has its own destiny. We all have worked hard and now it`s up to the audience. Women centric films have a slow start, but what is encouraging is that `Bobby Jasoos` had a great start”, commented Vidya. Bobby Jasoos’s Saturday figures were much better than Friday’s and it collected well above 2 crores. Produced by actress Dia Mirza, the film is an important project for her too. Vidya also said the word of mouth may fetch some good audience, "We are hoping word of mouth really pulls it off. Besides, there is a huge jump in the numbers. Hopefully, it will be growing. I am happy about the film we have made, I am enjoying every moment of it because the film is really close to my heart. When people come out of the theatre and praise the film, it feels good. It`s very reassuring to hear all the praises. I am thrilled and grateful." The film is directed by Samar Sheikh and features Ali Faizal too. Well let’s hope Vidya’s wish of re-doing a Kahaani turns true and Bobby Jasoos emerges victorious.
