Virat Kohli Confesses He Is ‘Heartbroken’

One after the other B-town couples are parting their ways, reflecting that 2016 is indeed the year of break-ups. After Katrina-Ranbir, Farhan- Adhuna, the news of Virat Kohli breaking up with girlfriend Anushka Sharma is doing the rounds. Virat revealed on Instagram that he is “heartbroken” and further the latest reports suggest that he is living out his life as a single man after un-following the actress from all his social media accounts.

A source to Mumbai Mirror said, “All rumours about Virat trying to woo Anushka back are hogwash. He unfollowed her on Twitter and Instagram and then, uploaded, deleted and reuploaded a photograph of himself, originally captioned, 'Heartbroken'”. The source further revealed that at a recent party Virat had been greeting the fellow mates on dance stage saying, “I'm single, let's dance”. Virat is “back to his natural, old self”, added the source.

The reason of their alleged break-up is Anushka’s work which keeps her engaged all the time. It is said that Virat opted out of India-Sri Lanka Twenty-20 series as they had planned to spend time together. But Anushka signed Salman Khan starrer Sultan, which shocked the cricketer. 

Furthermore it is said that both of them wanted different things from their relationship. “Virat proposed marriage around New Year's Eve. Anushka rejected it, categorically stating that it would be better for them to focus on their careers instead. They are both young and have a long journey ahead of them”, added the source.
