Vivek Oberoi in legal troubles over Service Tax Evasion

Vivek Oberoi has now joined the list of those Bollywood stars who have been a part of legal controversy of Service Tax Evasion. The Service Tax Department has accused the star actor for not paying the service tax of Rs. 40 lakhs. The department has also stated that Vivek does not have a registration with them.

The 37-year-old actor has recently delivered a hit flick (Grand Masti) at the box office and is also a key part of his forthcoming film, Krrish 3. It seems that the actor is running high on success these days and in between all the fun-filled moments, he has overlooked this critical duty of his. Though, the star has stated that he is registered with the Service Tax Department.
