    In a bad news to lakhs of Salman Khan fans, the Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is likely to face three years jail term in 14-year-old Jodhpur black buck shooting case. According to reports, Rajasthan High Court HC has revised the charges against actor Salman Khan and his co-stars from Rajshris film Hum Saath Saath Hain in blackbuck killing case and now trial could be started in the case. While Salman will be charged under Section 51 Wildlife Act, which carries jail sentence up to three years or fine or both, and Section 149 of IPC (Unlawful Assembly), his co-stars -- Tabu, Neelam, Sonali Bendre and Saif Ali Khan will be tried under Section 52 of Wildlife Act and section 149 of the IPC. The case has been pending before the High Court since 2006 after the state government had filed a revision petition in the court against dropping of some charges against these film stars. The Bollywood actors have allegedly killed two blackbucks in the intervening night of 1-2 October, 1998, in Kankani village near Jodhpur during the shooting of Hum Saath Saath Hain. Salman also went to jail in September 2002 for rash and negligent driving under the influence of alcohol.
