Is This Top Bollywood Director All Set To Make Bollywood Debut As An Actor?

We all know filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani for directing films like ‘Munna Bhai M.B.B.S’ , ‘Lage Raho Munnabhai’ , ‘3 Idiots’ and ‘PK’. Now, the 54-year-old Hirani is all set to step in the shoes of an actor. It is being speculated that Hirani will make his Bollywood debut as an actor in Sanjay Dutt’s biopic.

A source close to the filmmaker tells us, "Rajkumar's Munna Bhai MBBS (2003) and Lage Raho Munna Bhai (2006), featuring Sanjay have been career-defining movies for the actor. So, Raju is considering including the shooting process of the films in the biopic. These scenes, if included, will also feature Raju. He was in a dilemma, but now seems almost ready to play the part."

Moreover, he is likely to play an integral role in the film. The film is based on the life of actor Sanjay Dutt, with Ranbir Kapoor portraying the role of Dutt. Vidhu Vinod Chopra is producing the film. Other actors in the film are Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Dia Mirza, Sonam Kapoor, Karishma Tanna, Anushka Sharma, Jim Sarbh and Vicky Kaushal.
