Yami Refers Kajol’s Character From 'Fanaa' For Her Next ‘Kaabil’

Yami Gautam failed to impress the audiences with her performance in her last offering ‘Sanam Re’. The film bombed at the box office and was criticised a lot by the critics as well as the movie buffs. After the debacle of the film, the actress is keen to bounce back with her next ‘Kaabil'.

The Badlapur actress will be seen playing a blind girl in the flick and she has been getting lot of help by watching Kajol's character Zooni from the film 'Fanaa'. She said, "I have always been a fan of Kajol Ma'am. The way she portrayed Zooni's character in 'Fanaa', is etched in my memory. I have watched the film several times and each time I have learnt something new from her performance".

The actress will be seen opposite Hrithik Roshan in the flick. This is the first time that the two will be seen together on the big screen. The moviegoers are excited to watch this unique and new pair. The film will be helmed by Sanjay Gupta and will be bankrolled by Rakesh Roshan.
