    Prominent actor Manoj Kumar has been admitted to a suburban hospital after he suffered from pain in his gall bladder. Sources say the veteran actor has been undergoing treatment at the Kokilaben Hospital in suburban Andheri for the last two days.

    The sources have added that the actor is improving now and is expected to be discharged in a couple of days. Kumar has been a venerable figure in Indian cinema for his acting and directing the films based on patriotism. The 75-year-old actor holds some popular film titles in his filmography like Upkar, Neelkamal, Hariyali Aur Rasta and Purab Aur Paschim. In 1992 he was also honoured with the Padmashree. The actor is set to celebrate his 76thbirthday on July 24. We wish him a speedy recovery.
