Yuvraj Singh Wants This Bollywood Actor To Play Him In His Biopic

Few days back, Desimartini reported that Yuvraj Singh’s life story is soon to turn into a biopic. Now the latest update is that the cricketer would love it if Akshay Kumar plays his character in the film. During a media interaction, when he was asked who he would want to play the lead, he reveals that the Airlift actor is his preference.

Yuvraj was quoted as saying, “Well I don’t know who relates to me the best but as a Punjabi boy I think Akshay fits in that category”. However, the 34-year-old left-handed batsman has still not made the news about his biopic official. “Biopic is very personal. I am not sure if I would like to go for it…someday when I decide to hang my boots and sit on it, I may(think about it)…not at the moment…”, stated Yuvraj.

Yuvraj was in news for his marriage to his model-actress girlfriend Hazel Keech and they got married first in a Chandigarh Gurdwara and followed by a Hindu wedding in Goa. Today, the couple is hosting their star-studded wedding reception in Delhi.

The invites were sent out to the who’s who of cricket, Bollywood, and political fraternity, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi. A source has revealed, “The Indian cricket team will definitely be there for most functions. Besides top politicians, who’ve been invited to the Delhi reception, the guestlist includes the Ambanis, Bachchans, Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Aamir Khan, Soha and Saif Ali Khan, Salman Khan, and Neha Dhupia”.
