Actor Ryan Phillippe Takes Legal Action Against Former Girlfriend Elsie Hewitt

Recent reports reveal that Hollywood actor Ryan Phillippe has counteracted legally filing a lawsuit against former girlfriend Elsie Hewitt. His former girlfriend had claimed that the actor has brutally laid his hands on her earlier this year. Reports say that Phillippe filed the documents last week in response to Hewitt's lawsuit claiming he had abused her.

However, the actor denied all the allegations saying that Hewitt broke into his home in the middle of the night without permission. He said that she had made up the story to pull out money from him so that she can do modelling. Phillippe also clarified that he has not had a girlfriend for over a year neither he has dated anyone since. 

The actor also took to his social media account on November 22 where he wrote, “Any other labels or mis-characterisations, from media or gossips, related to anyone, briefly, connected to my personal life, are false. Happy Thanksgiving”.
