Alex Roe joins Rings

Alex Roe has reportedly been tapped for the male lead opposite Matilda Lutz in Paramount’s horror flick ‘Rings.’ Roe done marvelous projects including roles on series like 2005’s “The Fugitives” and 2010’s “The Cut.” According to the sources, Rings is currently in pre-production in Atlanta.

‘Rings’ is a reboot of the Japanese horror franchise last seen on American screens as ‘The Ring’ in which Lutz and Roe will play a couple who are unfortunate enough to come across the dreaded videotape - he becomes distant after watching it, though that’s probably the least of their worries. The film will be shooting shortly, with a script written by Ehren Kruger. The movie is hitting theater on November 13th of this year.
