     Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie who is wearing the director’s hat for her next Unbroken expressed her grief on the passing away of Louis Zamperini, the former Olympic runner who was also a World  War 2 hero.

    Her next film as a director is based on the life of Zamperini which clearly suggests how much the actress was moved by him. A leading website reported that Zamperini who was 97 died of pneumonia. Jolie, whose Unbroken is under the post production stage, released a press statement that said "It is a loss impossible to describe. We are all so grateful for how enriched our lives are for having known him. We will miss him terribly." The film is based on the novel by Laura Hillenbrand titled Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience and Redemptionwhich told the story of Louis Zamperini and his contribution. The film is expected to release on Christmas this year.
