Apocalypse Can Make Mutants Stronger?

The next instalment in the trilogy started with X-Men: First Class, X-Men: Apocalypse has got a new concept image that shows Magneto’s enhanced powers. Michael Fassbender will be reprising his role as Magneto. Apocalypse will be the conclusion to the trilogy after the second instalment X-Men: Days of Future Past, which was released in 2014.

According to director Bryan Singer, “One of Apocalypse’s many powers is he can imbue other mutants with greater ones. Magneto is demonstrating a small taste of what he can do now. Magneto is already enormously powerful…. Now Apocalypse gives him powers far beyond what we’ve seen before”.

The cast for the film includes James McAvoy as Charles Xaver, Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique, Nicholas Hoult as Beast, Rose Byrne as Moira MacTaggert, Lucas Till as Havok, Alexandra Shipp as Storm and Sophie Turner as Jean Grey. Oscar Isaac will play the role of Apocalypse. The movie will hit the screens on May 27 next year.
