Arnold Schwarzenegger Back With ‘Terminator 6’

Actor Arnold Schwarzenegger has been roped in to star in the popular sci-fi action film series 'Terminator ’, which will be the sixth part of the franchise. Arnold confirmed the news at the Cannes Film Festival. The 69-year-old former professional bodybuilder said that James Cameron is working on this new series.

"It is back. It is moving forward. (James) has some good ideas of how to continue with the franchise. I will be in the movie," said Schwarzenegger.

About couple of months ago, James announced that besides working on Avatar sequel he will also work on the franchise. The last film of the Terminator franchise was 'Terminator Genisys', the fifth part, which hit the screens in 2015. The movie featured Emilia Clarke, Jason Clarke and Jai Courtney in the lead. It was believed that the fifth part will be the start of a new trilogy but failed to impress the audience. The upcoming franchise will be directed by Deadpool’s Tim Miller.
