Arnold Schwarzenegger For Senate 2018?

The two-time governor of California state, Arnold Schwarzenegger, political career might not be over. As per the recent speculations, the Terminator star may run for the office next year. He was in the office from 2003 to 2011 as Republican governor.

A report in Politico read, “Prospect of Schwarzenegger running is generating increasing buzz in state Republican circles, fueled by the former governor’s seeming ability to get under the skin of President Donald Trump on social media”. Lately, the duo has been on a twitter feud.

Moreover, Schwarzengger’s spokesman, Daniel Ketchell, in a statement said, “right now Governor Schwarzenegger’s focus is on using his platform to bring some sensibility and coherency to Washington by fighting for redistricting reform, like we did in California. We are keeping all of our options open as far as how we can accomplish that”.
