Reports were doing rounds that a reunion of Arnold Schwarzenegger and James Cameron will take place very soon in Avatar 2. A Fox representative refuted all the reports saying neither Schwarzenegger will star in the sequel nor he has ever been taken into consideration for any role. Earlier Schwarzenegger starred in Cameron’s memorable projects like Terminator and True Lies series. On Monday the news first broke out that the actor has been roped in to play a “bad guy human general” in the Avatar sequel. But let’s not lose hope so early as there have been instances when studio denials have proven false as they always try to keep the plot and negotiation details under the wraps. Meanwhile the scripts of Avatar sequels are underway. In August, an announcement was made by Fox that Josh Friedman, Rick Jaffa, Amanda Silver and Shane Salerno are working together with Cameron on a series of sequels.
