Arnold Schwarzenegger reveals secrets about his love child in his autobiography

Hollywood superstar-turned politician Arnold Schwarzenegger said that he fathered a child with his housekeeper Mildred in 1996 and he revealed this information to his wife only last year in a marriage therapy session.

TheTerminatorstar said that he had informed his wife Maria Shriver about this a day after he left office as the Governor of California in January 2011 when she asked her if he had a child by Mildred during a marriage therapy session. ''The minute we sat down, the therapist turned to me and said, 'Maria wanted to come here today and to ask about a child - whether you fathered a child with your housekeeper Mildred. I told the therapist, 'It's true,''' an excerpt from his new bookTotal Recall: My Unbelievable Life Storystated. Arnold said that the affair happened while his family was on holiday and he was filming the role of Mr Freeze inBatman and Robinin 1996. He accepted that he should have informed about the birth of the boy, named Joseph, to Maria instead of locking it away in his head. ''Instead of doing the right thing I'd just put the truth in a mental compartment and locked it up where I didn't deal with it every day. You can call this denial, but it's the way my mind works,'' the excerpt added.
