    BAFTA Film Awards: 12 Years a Slave, Best Film; Gravity, Outstanding British Film

    The night of Feb. 16 was glammed up with stars as it was the BAFTA Film Awards night yesterday and the diamonds to the crown remained 12 Years a Slave andGravity. The former won the Best Film award while Gravity was honoured in Outstanding British Film’s category. Chiwetel Ejiofor of 12 Years a Slave got the Best Leading Actor award, while Cate Blanchett was laurelled with Best Leading Actress for Blue Jasmine.

    Numerous award-winning achiever American Hustle fetched Jennifer Lawrence Best Supporting Actress honour last night and Eric Warren Singer, along with David O. Russell gained Best Original Screenplay reward. The complete list of winners is as:
