Ben Kingsley, Monica Bellucci To Feature In Spider In The Web

Actors Ben Kingsley and Monica Bellucci is all set to star in the spy thriller Spider in the Web. According to reports, the two have joined the cast and Eran Riklis is going to direct the film. Moreover, the flick is inspired by true stories, whose script has been written by Gidon Maron and Emmanuel Nakkache.

Further, Kingsley will be stepping into the character of Adereth, who is a renowned secret agent who is considered to be past his superiors. He gets an opportunity to retrieve when he discovers a lead on the sale of chemical weapons to a Middle Eastern dictator. Israeli actor Itay Tiran will also be a part of the flick, where he will step into the character of Mossad agent Daniel.

Meanwhile, 53-year-old Bellucci will play Angela, who will be Kingsley’s inscrutable target in the film. The film is being jointly produced by Israel-Belgium-Holland-Portugal. It has been learned that the shooting of the film is set to commence during Spring in Belgium and the Netherlands.
