Benedict Cumberbatch to act in Guillermo del Toro's Crimson Peak

TheSherlockstar will act in the next of Mexican director Guillermo del Toro’shaunted house film,Crimson Peak. The actor will be working alongside Emma stone, who has already been roped in by Guillermo. The movie has yet to hit the floors but the story part is revealed and it revolves around a woman who finds out that her spouse may not be whom he appears to be.

The 36-year-old star is having a great fortune these days with his increasing popularity, thanks to his commendable work inSherlock. After this hit, Cumberbatch has forced many directors to give a thought in their minds to cast him. The result is that, he will be seen as a rogue inStar Trek Into Darkness, currently shooting forThe Fifth Estateand DreamWorks’ flick on Wikileaks in which he is enacting Julian Assange, founder of Wikileaks.
