Bobbi Kristina’s Property joins Bobby Brown's $2m lawsuit over biopic

Bobbi Kristina’s Property joins Bobby Brown's $2m lawsuit over biopic

It seems that Bobby Brown is not the only one to be at odds, with the forthcoming biopic on his daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown. Bobbi's property has joined forces with her dad to stop the television network from airing it. The biopic stars actress Joy Rovaris as Bobbi Kristina, actor Hassan Johnson as Bobby and actress Demetria McKinney as Whitney Houston.

Recently, Brown filed a complaint in a Manhattan Federal Court claiming that the movie titled “Bobbi Kristina” falsely portrays him to be a careless father, defaming him. According to a report, Bobbi Kristina's property now joined the lawsuit, alleging that the biopic goes against her right to privacy.

In the biopic, Brown misplaces his 22-yr-previous daughter Bobbi Kristina after her husband Nick Gordon finds her lying unconscious in a tub in Georgia. Both the estate and Brown have asked for more than 2 million dollars as compensation and have claimed for banning it from going on air. However, the biopic is set to be aired in October.
