English actor Daniel Craig recently stated that he likes to get involved in the script as much as he can. He wanted to make the iconic character his own when he was first offered the role in 2005. He decided to write his own jokes.

Daniel said, “As much as I possibly can without treading on toes, although you have to offend some people sometimes to move on”, when he was asked how much involvement with the script does he seem fit. The 47-year-old will be returning as James Bond in the upcoming instalment of the hit franchise. The movie is titled Spectre.

Directed by Sam Mendes, Spectre will be released on November 6 in the U.S.  The cast includes Léa Seydoux, Monica Bellucci, Ralph Fiennes, Christoph Waltz, Dave Bautista, Andrew Scott and Naomie Harris. The script for the movie is written by Neal Purvis and Robert Wade. Spectre is currently in the post-production stage.
