Brad Pitt never thought of winning an Oscar

Actor Brad Pitt’s last offering, 12 Years a Slave managed to grab the Best Film award at the 86th Academy Awards that took place on March 2. The actor has never won an Oscar in his career before and winning this time has come as a surprise to him. Even though he has been nominated in various categories previously, but never went on to win one.

Brad said, “I don't know where I'm going to put it. I never thought I'd take one home, so I haven't thought that far in advance.” The film was based on the real life story of a man's struggle for survival and freedom that touched and moved many. It is good to see that after working for years in this industry Brad finally has his own golden guy.
