Troubled pop singer Britney Spears was spotted at a city court where she came to attend a review of her conservatorship. However, what was interesting to note that The X Factor panelist was neither accompanied by her co-conservator and fianc Jason Trawick nor she was wearing her 4-carat round Neil Lane diamond engagement ring.
