Breaking Bad actor Bryan Cranston has garnered lot of acclaims for playing Walter White in the hit TV series. Recently, the actor was bestowed with the CineMerit lifetime achievement award at Munich film festival. The Get a Job actor was honoured for contributing immensely to the film arts.

The former head of the Bavarian State Opera, Sir Peter Jonas, insisted on being the one to give the speech for Cranston. As per The Hollywood Reporter, he credited the Argo actor with “leading the calvary charge” of a new form of television. Sir Jonas also acclaimed Cranston's ability to move easily between comedy and drama.

He concluded his speech by proving he was “a true fan”. Unzipping his jacket, Sir Jonas revealed a Breaking Bad T-shirt featuring a picture of Cranston as Walter White's sunglasses-and-black-hat-wearing alter ego Heisenberg from the AMC series. To this, Cranston joked, “When you see your likeness tattooed on someone elses bu*t, you know you’ve made it”.
