Byung- hun Lee in talks to star in The Magnificent Seven

Byung-hun Lee is in talk to star in The Magnificent Seven. If all goes to plan the actor will be seen essaying the role of Billy Rocks. The movie will be helmed by Antoine Fuqua and also features Denzel Washington, Chris Pratt, Ethan Hawke and Vincent D’Onofrio. The film is set to go under production by the end of the month.

The Magnificent Seven is being produced by Roger Birnbaum and Todd Black along with Walter Mirisch and Antoine Fuqua. The movie has been written by John Lee Hancock and Nick Pizzolatto. Lee made a name for himself for the performances in the G.I. Joe movies. Now the actor will be getting a real shot at playing roles in The Magnificent Seven and Terminator: Genisys. In the Terminator film series he will be seen playing the T-1000 terminator.

The movie is the remake of the ‘60s film of the same name. The original film was helmed by John Sturges and featured Yul Brynner, Eli Wallach and Steve McQueen in the lead roles. The flick focused upon a group of gunfighters who are hired to protect a village from a group of bandits.
