Charlize Theron To Co-produce Spy Thriller Need To Know At Universal

The Mad Max: Fury Road actress has decided to co-produce spy thriller, Need To Know. The movie is based on the forthcoming novel of Karen Cleveland, who was a former CIA analyst. Interestingly, the book is yet to be published, which is based her life as a wife and mother.

Karen discovered a threat to herself and her family while searching for a Russian sleeper cell in the U.S. Theron will have Beth Kono and A.J. Dix through their Denver & Delilah Films production company. Here, Kristin Lowe will handle the project in behalf of the Universal Studios.

Theron’s other upcoming flick include Universal’s The Fate of the Furious, which hits cinemas on April 14 and Focus’ spy thriller, The Coldest City, releasing on July 28. The Monster actress will next star in a comedy movie, Tully, which stars also stars Mackenzie Davis, Mark Duplass and Ron Livingston.
