Chris Evans Was Considered To Star In 'Deadpool 2'

'Deadpool 2' is an oddly conventional superhero movie which was released last week. The movie has already made its mark and still making headlines. The writers of the movie, Rhett Reese and Paul Wernicke have revealed that Chris Evans almost appeared in 'Deadpool 2'

The duo, who has penned the script with Reynolds, said they considered including Evans in the movie but not as Captain America. They thought of him as The Human Torch from the 'Fantastic Four' in the Marvel franchise. Evans was last seen in the blockbuster movie of the year ‘Avengers: Infinity War’.

The scribes have also had plans to include Storm in the X-Force interviews conducted in the film Deadpool 2. Moreover, Evans had earlier hinted at his wish to move beyond the Marvel Cinematic Universe after part two of ‘Infinity War’ comes out next year. The actor before appearing in "Captain America: The First Avenger" (2011) as Steve Rodgers, Evans had played the role of Johnny Storm in 2005's ‘Fantastic Four’.
