    Daisy Ridley Went Through Therapy To Cope With Crippling Fame

    Hollywood actress Daisy Ridley recently revealed that she has taken therapy to wrestle with crippling fame. The actress, who is famous for her acting in 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens disclosed that she had to struggle with the attention that she got after her role in the hit sci-fi movie series. The actress played the character of Rey in the flick.

    The 25-year-old actress said, “Everything was so confusing. People were recognising me - I still don't know how to handle it. My skin got really bad because I was stressed. It was crippling. I just felt so seen and so self-conscious”. She said, “I went and saw a lovely lady. I felt like I was sort of reducing myself because I was so worried that people would recognise me. Then I thought 'You know what? I want to dance through life. I don't want to scuttle”.

    Moreover, on the work front, the actress will be seen in the upcoming film 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi', which stars Mark Hamill, John Boyega, Oscar Isaacs and late Carrie Fisher in the lead roles. The film has been directed by Rian Johnson. It is set to hit the screens on December 15.
