The original Ghostbuster, Dan Aykroyd, recently revealed that he is quite sceptical about the internet. The actor feels that people can be really mean on the web and that it is “the devil’s gateway”. On the other hand, Dan also feels that it is one of the best mediums to reach the masses for positive efforts.

Expressing his thoughts on the internet, the veteran actor shared that he does not have a laptop or an iPhone because they are “immensely hackable”. He added that some people are mean on the internet and compared it to a bathroom wall on its worst day. Dan appreciated the internet as well, stating that in its best way, it is the greatest source of promoting freedom.

“And in its best way, it's the greatest source we can have to promote freedom and compassion and also a general feeling of mass consciousness which we're going to need to get through the next 10 years”, Dan stated. On the work front, the actor was last seen in the 2014 film ‘Get on Up’. The movie was a biography on James Brown and was directed by Tate Taylor.
