    Lincoln’s Oscar winning actor Daniel Day-Lewis will reportedly present a trophy at the upcoming Oscars event and it has been announced on Monday. This Golden Globe winning actor has joined the league of Jennifer Lawrence who was the latest addition to the star set so far.

    Previous year’s best actor, actress, supporting actor and supporting actress winners will reportedly give away the awards this year to their counterparts. Hence it’s believed that Lawrence will present this year's best actor trophy while Day-Lewis will present this year's best actress trophy. Last year's best supporting actor and actress winners, Christoph Waltz and Anne Hathaway, will also appear as presenters at this year’s ceremony. Last year Day-Lewis bagged his third Oscar for his extraordinary performance in Lincoln. Earlier he won Academy Award for 2007's There Will Be Blood and 1989's My Left Foot. The 86th annual Oscars will take place on March 2 at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center, hosted by Ellen DeGeneres. It will be broadcast live on ABC.
