Director Luc Besson On Valerian 2: The price depends on the story

Director Luc Besson is all set to come up with the development of his 2017 sci-fi adventure flick 'Valerian And The City Of A Thousand Planets. The French filmmaker has recently revealed that the film will less expensive than the previous motion picture. Moreover, the reason behind this is said to be the difference in the storyline.

According to reports, the director said, “The price depends on the story. The story of the second one is less expensive”. He further added, “'It's pretty less, the story's different so ... and there's some elements that you can use that we have in the first one and then we have the knowledge now”.The director also revealed that there will be a third project and it will be as expensive as the first project.

However, according to him, the price depends on the story. Besson seeks an optimistic response from the DVD/Blu-Ray release as he is fanatical about working on a sequel. Talking about the second film, he said, “Every episode is a new trial. And you're not linked by the first one, the link is just the two characters, so it could be totally different”. The first film of the franchise was released on July 21 in the United States , which earned USD 225 million.
